Terms & Conditions
(aka what we will do for you, what we expect from you in return)
1. We will meet with you and discuss in detail the requirements for your website
2. If you require copywriting or photography services for your website content we can arrange this as part
of your website package
3. When a basic website plan has been finalised we will ask you agree in writing that we will design, build,
upload and host your website and and also the agreed price.
4. We will keep you informed every step of the way and nothing will be uploaded until you have agreed it
5. Once the website is live and you are happy with it we will send you our invoice
6. If at any time you decide not to go ahead with your website we will invoice you for all work undertaken
up to that point (which may include domain name and registration costs)
7. We request that invoices are paid within 14 days of their date (unless stated otherwise on our invoice)
8. If you request us to move one of our hosted websites to another hosting company and/or domain
name/hosting to another company, this will incur a £70 one-off administration charge.
